The Management Apostolate ensures the proper administration and enhancement of the personnel, material, financial and logistics, resources and capabilities of the Community, in accordance with existing BLD Policies and Guidelines.

The Management Apostolate consists of the following:
Secretariat Ministry
“For the rendering of this ministry not only supplies the needs of the saints but also overflows with many thanksgivings to God. Through the testing of this ministry you glorify God by your obedience….” (2Cor 9:12-13a)
The Secretariat oversees the administration of personnel, information dissemination and material resources of the Community, in accordance with the policies and instructions as mandated by the District Council Steward (DCS).

Service Ministry
“Whatever your task, put yourselves into it, as done for the Lord and not for your masters, since you know that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward; you serve the Lord Christ.” (Col 3:23-24)
The Service Ministry provides manpower support during Community activities, such as Praise & Worship, teachings, Encounter programs and LSS. This Ministry is also the first state in a member’s discipleship training, primarily to inculcate the virtue of humility and servanthood.

Treasury Ministry

The Treasury Ministry is responsible for managing the finances of the Toronto District and maintaining accurate financial records in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. This Ministry is in charge of safeguarding collections of tithes and love offerings during Prayer Meetings, Eucharistic Celebrations, and other assemblies.

Technical Services Ministry

The Technical Services Ministry is responsible of the development, update, and maintenance of the community’s website. It also manages the database, ensuring accurate, and up-to-date records of members. It also collaborates with various ministries to create and upload content, such as announcements and events. It ensures that all online content aligns with the community’s mission and values.
